Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

ReachFast (reachfa.st) is operated by Scapin Ltd, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom (company number 16538829). Scapin Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@scapin.dev.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.

Your content: the videos, images and clips you upload. These typically contain your face and voice. We also generate and store transcripts of your speech, the AI edit plan, and the finished videos.

Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status and plan; we never see or store your card details.

Feedback: anything you write in the feedback form.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: storing your uploads, transcribing your speech, planning and rendering the edit, showing your videos in your dashboard, and processing payments. We also use it to support you and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

ReachFast is built on a small set of processors, each receiving only what their job needs:

Supabase (database, authentication and file storage, hosted in London) · Deepgram (speech-to-text, US) · Anthropic (AI edit planning and frame analysis, US; API inputs are not used to train their models) · Amazon Web Services (video rendering and delivery, Stockholm) · Stripe (payments) · Vercel (web hosting) · Google (optional sign-in).

Where a processor is outside the UK/EEA, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Source uploads and supporting files are deleted from storage automatically once your edit renders successfully. Uploads from failed edits are kept temporarily so you can retry, and deleted when no longer needed. Finished videos, transcripts and edit plans are kept while your account is active. Account and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes. If you delete your account, your content is deleted.

Legal bases

Under UK GDPR we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (improving and securing the service), and to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: the session that keeps you signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or request portability. Email contact@scapin.dev and we will respond within a month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

Children

ReachFast is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above, and flag significant changes in the product.
