1. Who we are

ReachFast (reachfa.st) is operated by Scapin Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16538829, with its registered office at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@scapin.dev.

By creating an account or using ReachFast you agree to these terms.

2. The service

ReachFast turns raw phone footage into edited short-form videos. You upload a video (optionally with supporting images and clips); our system transcribes it, plans an edit using AI, and renders a finished video with captions, a title hook, zooms and your supporting media, along with a suggested post description.

3. Your account

You need an account to use ReachFast. Keep your sign-in method secure: you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.

4. Your content

Everything you upload, and every video we render from it, is yours. We claim no ownership. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transcribe, analyse and transform your uploads solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for what you upload: you must own the necessary rights to the footage and any supporting media, and have the consent of anyone who appears in it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this rule.

Source uploads are deleted from our storage automatically once your edit is rendered. Finished videos remain available in your dashboard.

5. AI output

Edits are produced automatically. Transcription and AI judgement can make mistakes: captions may mishear a word, a cut may land wrong, a suggested description may need adjusting. Review every video before you publish it. You are responsible for the content you post.

6. Plans and billing

Your first edit is free. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe: Daily ($9.99/month, 30 edits per calendar month) and Unlimited ($29.99/month). Prices are shown at checkout and may change; existing subscribers get notice before any change affects them. A failed edit does not count against your quota.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong with a charge or the service, email us and we will sort it out like humans. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Fair use

Unlimited means unlimited human use, not automated abuse. We may throttle or refuse usage patterns that are clearly scripted bulk processing unrelated to creating your own content.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ReachFast fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and depends on third-party providers (transcription, AI, rendering, payments). We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice to download your videos.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your stored videos are deleted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
